This full video of KBBC (Kodiak Brown Bear Centre) demonstrates how clean energy can co-exist with the natural environment and resident wildlife. The main supporting base was pinned to the bedrock with long bolts and tightened nuts to be secured. One aspect of the windmill is that the relatively slow revolutions allow good visibility to enable all air fowl to avoid the structure. Noise levels are almost non-existent. These windmills have operated for about five years without harming the environment or wildlife.
